RSS, sometimes known as Really Simple Syndication, is an XML-based format for sharing and distributing Web content (such as news headlines) without requiring readers to constantly visit a Web site to see what´s new. RSS feeds contain headlines and hyperlinks to longer articles or Web pages. This allows you to quickly update yourself on what's new on ALM without having to log in.
To utilize RSS you must be using a newer popular browser or download a news reader that displays RSS feeds from the Web sites you select, enabling you to view hundreds of headlines at once.
